iReady requirements
All students should be completing 20-30 minutes of iReady "My Path" for both Math and ELA each day. Students should accumulated at least 75 hours of on-task time with iReady by March 31st. Student's progress reports will have their current on-task time included in the report.

Individual Program Review
According to the updated NYS Counseling Regulations, all students in grades 6-12 must complete an “Annual Individual Progress Review” with their school counselor to discuss their Academic, Social Emotional, and College and Career Readiness Development.
"Snow Day" Procedures
The Chancellor has issued this letter regarding school closure and remote learning. The letter states that if a school closes due to inclement weather, remote learning will be conducted on that day. That means that both students and staff will follow their normal schedule for live teaching. Attendance must be taken for each class. All related services must also conduct their services virtually.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
On Sunday, October 23rd Kappa III attended the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Coop City. The event raises an awareness and the funds we raised will help to save many lives from breast cancer. KAPPA III was able to donate $944.00 for the cause. The Making Strides event is a celebration of survivors and opportunity to remember loved-ones lost.

Through authentic high level discussions students become reflective problem solvers across all content areas. We empower our students to become active and creative thinkers in order to develop analytical skills needed to take on intellectual challenges.
